What is this Seminar about?
Participants will get a practical overview for beginners on the practice of international arbitration. Renowned practitioners in this field will share their insight and experience. The Seminar is not merely academic, but focuses – in the known tradition of the SAA – on a practical approach.
Who should attend:
Young practitioners in litigation and arbitration, first time arbitrators, secretaries to arbitral tribunals, in-house counsel without or with little experience in international arbitration, interested Swiss and international students.
