CAS in Arbitration participants must submit a research paper sufficing the academic standards of the Swiss Arbitration Academy, the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel. The best research papers with a high academic level that meet international publication requirements have been published in the "Selected Papers on International Arbitration" series edited by the SAA Academic Council:
