Welcome to the Swiss Arbitration Academy SAA

The Swiss Arbitration Academy (SAA) in cooperation with the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel offers flexible programs tailored to the individual participant\'s needs. Participants can choose to complete internationally accredited comprehensive programs covering all aspects of an arbitration or choose to focus on individual aspects of an arbitration. All programs are a unique combination of an academic education and practical hands-on training with renowned international practitioners.

We are proud that the internationally accredited Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Arbitration program is endorsed by renowned arbitral institutions: the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), ICC Switzerland, the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC)the Swiss Chambers\' Arbitration Institution (SCAI), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
